Role Overview

The Admissions Officer plays a key role in attracting and enrolling prospective students. This role involves guiding applicants through the entire admissions process, evaluating applications, and serving as a welcoming ambassador for the institution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end admissions processes including inquiries, applications, interviews, and enrollment
  • Conduct informational sessions, campus tours, and open house events for prospective students and families
  • Review and evaluate student applications in accordance with institutional criteria
  • Maintain accurate records of all applicant data in the admissions management system
  • Follow up with prospective students and parents to address queries and guide decision-making
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach and recruitment strategies
  • Attend educational fairs, school visits, and community events to promote the institution
  • Generate regular reports on admissions pipeline, conversion rates, and enrollment targets

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, or customer relations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in student information systems or CRM platforms
  • Empathetic, student-centric approach with the ability to build relationships

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in educational admissions or enrolment management
  • Multilingual abilities to communicate with diverse applicant families
