About the Role
We are seeking a driven and well-connected Technical Sales Manager to spearhead business development for gas turbine air intake filtration systems across Pakistan's large RLNG-based combined cycle power plants. This is a high-impact role with direct access to some of the most strategic energy assets in the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales relationships with procurement and O&M teams at RLNG combined cycle power plants (Bhikki, Balloki, Haveli Bahadur Shah, and others)
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across IPPs, GENCOs, and government-owned power parks
- Provide technical consultation to clients on air intake filtration solutions for GE 9HA frame turbines
- Prepare proposals, tender submissions, and technical presentations
- Coordinate with international principals for product specifications and pricing
- Track procurement cycles and build a pipeline of repeat business
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
- 7–12 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in power generation, turbomachinery, or industrial filtration.
- Deep knowledge of gas turbine operations and air intake systems (GE, Siemens, or equivalent frames)
- Strong existing network within Pakistan's power sector — NPPMCL, KAPCO, HUBCO, GENCO, or IPP procurement teams.
- Familiarity with CPPA-G, NEPRA, and government power plant procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel to plant sites across Punjab and other provinces
