Job Description:
HRSI is looking for Executive Assistant / Coordinator for one of its leading client.
Key Responsibilities:
* Following up on unresolved operational issues and open tasks
* Coordinating with office staff, billing companies, and credentialing teams
* Monitoring onboarding and compliance documentation
* Assisting with physician and nurse practitioner scheduling
* Tracking billing-related follow-up items, aging claims, and missing documentation
* Coordinating facility follow-ups, meetings, and referral communication
* Maintaining organized tracking systems and ensuring task completion
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with U.S. healthcare or medical practices preferred
* Familiarity with medical billing, credentialing, or healthcare operations
* Strong English communication skills
* Highly organized with strong follow-up and accountability
* Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours:
Must have significant overlap with U.S. Central Time business hours.
