Job Role:

A fast-growing international Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Consultancy with headquarters in DIFC and offices across 9+ countries is looking for a Finance & Accounts Associate to join their Group Finance function in Pakistan.

Location: Pakistan
Reporting to: CFO

What you'll own:

• Financial accounting & bookkeeping across Pakistan office and Group entities
• Month-end closing, trial balances, and management accounts support
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Intercompany invoicing and accounts payable
• Fixed asset register maintenance
• Audit support (internal & external)
• VAT / regulatory compliance assistance

Must-haves:

• ACCA, CIMA, or CA (qualified or actively working toward completion)
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience (professional services or multi-entity environment preferred)
• Advanced Excel & ERP experience (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent)
• Solid IFRS knowledge and audit support experience
• Excellent written & spoken English

Advantageous:

• Master's degree
• Big Four or top-tier professional services background
• UAE/UK VAT knowledge
• Experience supporting a CFO or Group Finance function
