Job Description:

Our Client, a dealer in Pakistan for sales and service of world renowned power generation, construction, earthmoving and hoisting machinery groups, is looking for a results-driven professional to manage and grow sales of construction and mining machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge and the ability to build long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of construction & Material handling equipment in the North region
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand customer base
  • Manage key client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth
  • Conduct market analysis and monitor competitors
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates


Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: BE (Mechanical) OR MBA (Marketing/Sales)
  • Experience: Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience


Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of construction & mining machinery
  • Experience in selling premium brands (Chinese brands preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong client management and business development skills
  • Willingness to travel within South region
