Job Description:
Our Client, a dealer in Pakistan for sales and service of world renowned power generation, construction, earthmoving and hoisting machinery groups, is looking for a results-driven professional to manage and grow sales of construction and mining machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of construction & Material handling equipment in the North region
- Develop new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Manage key client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth
- Conduct market analysis and monitor competitors
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: BE (Mechanical) OR MBA (Marketing/Sales)
- Experience: Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong understanding of construction & mining machinery
- Experience in selling premium brands (Chinese brands preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong client management and business development skills
- Willingness to travel within South region
