Senior Executive – Sales & Development

About the Role

HRSI is seeking a dynamic and technically inclined Senior Executive – Sales & Development for one of our clients to support product development initiatives and coordinate between technical, operational, and commercial teams. This role is ideal for candidates with a blend of engineering knowledge and business coordination skills within the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product development trials and assist in R&D activities
• Coordinate with Product Development (PD) and Operations teams to evaluate technical feasibility, design optimization, and production challenges
• Assist in preparing project budgets and financial analysis reports for management
• Maintain accurate records of R&D projects and provide regular status updates
• Coordinate meetings and communication with customers and suppliers
• Manage document revisions during development phases and ensure proper circulation
• Maintain records of obsolete documents and ensure proper documentation practices
• Assist in reporting updates and insights to senior management
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Manager Sales & Development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry (Automotive sector preferred)
• Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders
• Age bracket: 20–27 years
