Job Description:

Company Overview: A leading multinational in the consumer electronics space is looking for a results-driven Manager, Retail Strategy to elevate dealer partnerships, optimize product mix, and drive premium-led profitability across the retail network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize sell-outs by partnering with dealers at the store level to unlock growth
  • Drive premium upselling by optimizing the SKU mix for each store to lift profitability
  • Protect inventory health by minimizing faulty products and obsolete stock through smart store inventory management
  • Project Management — Lead and track collaborative initiatives across retailers, subsidiaries, and HQ, phase by phase
  • Retailer Engagement — Analyze store sales data to uncover retailer pain points and design countermeasures that strengthen collaboration.
  • Retail Mapping — Identify high-potential retailers to deliver maximum return on investment
  • SKU Optimization — Tailor the product mix (premium, setup, mass) to each store's sales profile
  • Inventory Management — Balance stock to prevent stockouts and obsolescence while differentiating premium, setup, and entry-level products

EDUCATION:

  • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master's from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution, preferably in Marketing or Sales, Retail Management or a related field

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 8 - 12 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization in the consumer electronics.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in retail strategy, sales analytics, or category/SKU management
  • Strong data-driven decision-making and the ability to translate insights into action plans
  • Leadership presence — you'll mentor and coach a small team toward successful outcomes
  • A collaborative, hands-on approach to building dealer and stakeholder relationships
