Role Summary:
The Entry-Level Law Faculty member will support the delivery of undergraduate law courses (LLB program), contribute to curriculum activities, and engage in research and professional development. This position is designed for motivated graduates from internationally recognized universities who are eager to begin an academic career in law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach assigned LLB courses across core and elective law subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments in line with departmental standards.
- Participate in curriculum review and contribute to program development activities.
- Provide academic guidance and support to students during office hours.
- Engage in scholarly research and work toward publication in peer-reviewed journals.
- Attend departmental meetings, faculty development sessions, and institutional events.
- Assist senior faculty with research projects, moot court preparation, or legal clinics as required.
Qualifications:
- LLB degree from an internationally recognized university (LLM or enrollment in postgraduate studies is an advantage).
- No prior teaching experience required; strong academic standing preferred.
- Sound knowledge of core legal subjects including Contract, Tort, Constitutional, and Criminal Law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
