HR OPERATIONS OFFICER

Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan | Full-Time | 1–3 Years Experience

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring an HR Operations Officer to manage payroll processing and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate has a solid HR background, strong attention to detail, and advanced MS Excel skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process and manage monthly payroll, including deductions, bonuses, and settlements
  • Ensure compliance with EOBI, SESSI, and income tax regulations
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment — job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records, HR dashboards, and payroll reports in MS Excel
  • Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursements
  • Support HR audits, documentation, and employee queries

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in payroll and/or recruitment in Pakistan
  • Advanced MS Excel skills — MANDATORY (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data validation)
  • Knowledge of Pakistani labor laws (EOBI, SESSI, Income Tax)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
