Job Description:

The Deputy Manager Datasphere / Business Data Cloud & SAP Analytics is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing enterprise data models and analytics solutions to enable accurate, reliable, and actionable business insights. The role focuses on data migration, integration, governance, and advanced analytics to support enterprise-wide decision-making and reporting.


  • Design and develop SAP Datasphere / Business Data Cloud models including semantic layers, data replication, and harmonized datasets.
  • Lead end-to-end data migration cycles including data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Develop SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) dashboards, reports, and planning models to support business functions.
  • Ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, BW Bridge, and non-SAP data sources.
  • Establish and enforce data governance, data quality standards, and lineage across data models.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
  • Manage testing (SIT/UAT), documentation, and knowledge transfer for analytics solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement through adoption of new SAP cloud analytics capabilities and optimization of data models.

  • SAP Datasphere / Business Data Cloud (mandatory)
  • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Reporting & Planning
  • SAP BW/4HANA and/or BW Bridge
  • SAP S/4HANA data structures (CDS Views, Analytica
  • SQL, scripting, data modeling, integration design
  • Cloud platforms (SAP BTP, Azure/AWS basics preferred)
  • Data governance tools & methodologies

Education: 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred but not mandatory.


Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in SAP Data & Analytics. At least two full lifecycle implementations or migrations involving SAP Datasphere, SAP BW, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Strong experience in data modeling, integration, and analytics solutions.
  • Relevant SAP Certification is preferred
