Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint an experienced and seasoned professional for the following role:

JUNIOR MANAGEMENT POSITIONS - SHIFT INCHARGE

Job Scope

To supervise product dispatch at locations in order to ensure timely, reliable and accident-free operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory with stringent control on product variation, and custody transfer.
• Manage daily operations ensuring compliance of all SOPs, HSE procedures, to safe guard People, Plant, Process and Product.
• Coordinate with Internal and External stake holders for resolving operational, safety and security matters
• Manage administrative and security arrangements of assigned location for smooth operations.
• Optimum management of manpower to ensure safe and cost-effective dispatch operations while maintaining customer focus.
• Undertake any other task or function as maybe desired by the management.

Education

• Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master's from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Engineering, Supply, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 1-2 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in oil depot/ terminal operations management and T/L dispatch
• Maintaining working relationships with all external stakeholders for efficient operations
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

Age

• The candidate should preferably be not more than 33 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
