Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint an experienced and seasoned professional for the following role:
Job Role
Take ownership of the Company's Leave & Time Management and allied functions by driving efficient, compliant, and seamless HR operations. This role offers the opportunity to optimize employee experience, ensure regulatory compliance, and play a key part in workforce administration through effective coordination with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee benefits administration with a data-driven approach to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Implement and oversee Leave and Time Management policies to ensure compliance and operational continuity.
- Administer SAP HR systems (SAP HCM, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Fiori) covering attendance, leave and other related benefits.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards using different BI tools and SAP Analytics.
- Handle Group Life and EOBI including claims, renewals, vendor coordination, and reporting.
- Drive HR digitalization and automation initiatives to enhance accuracy and reduce manual processes.
- Prepare management and Board reports on HR analytics, benefits trends, and cost insights.
- Ensure payroll accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and audit coordination.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and policy-related matters.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition for onboarding and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and all audit requirements.
- Maintain data integrity & standardization across HR systems and support systems.
Education
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably, Master's from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 1 - 2 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position.
Requirements
- Ensure efficient handling of employee leave & time module, minimizing delays and maintaining timely compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of HR best practices along with applicable policies and relevant federal, provincial, and local labor laws and regulations.
